due to work arrangements, mr. hong bo has resigned as a director, chairman of the board, chairman of the strategy and investment committee of the board and a member of the nomination and remuneration committee of the board of taiping reinsurance company limited (the “company” or “tpre”) with effect from 30 september 2022.
mr. hong has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the board and there is no matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the company.
tpre would like to express its sincere gratitude to mr. hong for his valuable contributions to the company during his tenure of office.
